The Board of Directors meets monthly to provide oversight for planning, construction, and financing of LOTT programs and joint facilities, and plans for future facilities and services.
Board Meeting Agenda Packets
Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Complete agenda packets for Board meetings are posted prior to each meeting, and remain posted for twelve months. Agenda packets include the upcoming meeting agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, current financial data, and staff reports for all the main agenda items, including applicable attachments.
Written summaries of the LOTT Alliance Board Meetings are provided in the minutes. The minutes are approved, and signed by the Board President, at the Board Meeting the following month.
Meeting Audio Recordings
Audio recordings are made of each Board meeting. These recordings provide the complete record of verbal presentations, discussions, and actions.
Meeting Program Reports
Program Reports provide an opportunity for the Board to receive monthly financial information and brief updates about LOTT programs and activities not addressed as part of other business meeting agenda items.
Special meetings are occasionally held to share and discuss significant program and capital facility changes, and challenges that are likely to face LOTT and its four partner jurisdictions.
