Bid Information

Public works projects currently open for bid are listed on the Builders Exchange website. The LOTT Alliance encourages participation by minority and women-owned firms.

Bidders are required to register as plan holders with Builders Exchange. Failure to register may result in the bidder not being informed of addendum, and lack of acknowledgment may result in the bid being rejected as nonresponsive.

Dry Polymer
Bid Opening: 10 a.m. on June 28, 2013

The LOTT Alliance is seeking bids for dry polymer for dewatering and daft for a period of one year with four options to renew, one year each.

Mail or hand-deliver bid packets to Angelea Miller, LOTT Clean Water Alliance, 500 Adams St. NE, Olympia, WA 98501. Sealed bids for this project must be received by LOTT before 9:59 a.m. June 28, 2013, regardless of postmark. Postdated, late, or faxed bids will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m., June 28, 2013. Interested vendors are responsible for ensuring their sealed bids arrive on time.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the LOTT Alliance. (For directions click here.) This meeting will include a tour and an opportunity for potential bidders to pose questions to LOTT staff regarding polymer bag specifications and usage. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

Responses to questions will be made available to all bidders via addenda. Questions for which the responses affect the bid conditions will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on June 14, 2013. The final addendum will be issued no later than June 21, 2013.

Roster applications and forms can be obtained by clicking on the adjacent links, or by calling (360) 664-2333. Submittals should be made to the LOTT Alliance, 500 Adams Street NE, Olympia, Washington 98501. The LOTT Alliance requires businesses to re-submit applications and SOQs on a yearly basis.

Architectural and Engineering Services Roster

LOTT is soliciting firms for the Architectural and Engineering Services Roster. To be included on this roster, all interested firms must submit a completed application packet. Brochures will not be accepted in lieu of an application packet. Please submit this application in hard copy and electronically scanned in PDF on a CD. No faxes or emails please. The LOTT Alliance requires firms to resubmit applications on a yearly basis. LOTT encourages participation by minority and women-owned businesses. This roster is in accordance with RCW 39.080.030.

Professional Services Roster

The LOTT Alliance is seeking Statements of Qualifications for a variety of professional services, other than architectural and engineering, for its Professional Services Roster. Services of interest include event, facility, stock and/or aerial photography, public opinion surveying, graphic design, and multi-media/video production.

Small Works Roster

The LOTT Alliance is seeking contractors for its Small Works Roster and the Small Works Emergency Services Roster. These Rosters are in accordance with RCW 35.23.352, for projects under $300,000. Services may include installation, construction, remodeling, improvement, or repair (other than ordinary maintenance) on real property owned or leased by the LOTT Alliance, and/or emergency response to sanitary sewer spills.

Materials, Supplies, and Equipment Vendor List

The Materials, Supplies, and Equipment Vendor List will be utilized for soliciting quotations for materials, supplies, or equipment for use by the LOTT Alliance. LOTT reserves the right to use vendors not on the Vendor List when necessary. Vendors will remain on the Vendor List for one year.
