Regional Services and WET Science Center

The Regional Services Center, housing LOTT's administrative offices and the WET Science Center, is located at 500 Adams Street NE, in Olympia. The WET Center is open to the public, Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 4 pm.

From I-5, take exit 105
Follow the signs toward the Port of Olympia, and go to Plum Street SE
Head north on Plum Street SE and drive 9 blocks
Turn left on Olympia Avenue NE
Stay left at the "Y" in the road, remaining on Olympia Avenue
LOTT is on the right-hand side of the road, just past Jefferson Street

Passenger vehicles can be parked in the visitor lot to the west of the Regional Services Center, or at the on-street metered parking. Buses can be parked temporarily in the bus pullouts in front of the LOTT Regional Services Center for loading and unloading.

Budd Inlet Treatment Plant

The Budd Inlet Treatment Plant is also located at 500 Adams Street NE, with a delivery gate (Gate 4) off Franklin Street NE. During the construction of the primary sedimentation basins, there is occasional road construction that affects the Gate 4 entrance to the treatment plant, so delivery drivers should come to the front desk in the Regional Services Center, or call (360) 664-2333 for more information.

From I-5, take exit 105
Follow the signs toward the Port of Olympia, and go to Plum Street SE
Head north on Plum Street SE, and drive 8 blocks
Turn left on State Avenue NE
Go to the second traffic light, and turn right onto Franklin Street NE
Drive about 3 blocks; the Gate 4 entrance is located on the right-hand side

Budd Inlet RV Dump Site

The RV dump site is located on the west side of the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant, off Franklin Street. This service is offered free of charge for recreational vehicles.

Access will change in stages:

Currently, the site is open 6 am to midnight every day.

After October 1, 2013, the site will only be open:

Turn left on State Avenue NE
Go to the second traffic light, and turn right onto Franklin Street NE
Drive about 4 blocks, passing the Gate 4 entrance to the treatment plant, and the RV dumping facility is located on the right-hand side

Hawks Prairie Reclaimed Water Satellite

The Hawks Prairie Ponds/Recharge Basins site is located at 3001 Hogum Bay Road NE in Lacey; walking trails are open to the public from dawn to dusk.

From downtown Olympia, take I-5 north to the Marvin Road exit
Stay to the left hand side on the ramp, and turn left onto Marvin Road at the light
Go north on Marvin Road to Willamette Drive (second roundabout), and turn right
Travel east on Willamette Drive to Hogum Bay Road, and turn left
Go north on Hogum Bay Road about 1/4 mile, and turn left into the parking area

The Martin Way Reclaimed Water Plant is a state-of-the-art facility located on a 3.4-acre site at 6121 Martin Way E in Lacey.

From downtown Olympia, take I-5 north to the Martin Way exit
Turn right onto Martin Way, and drive north about 1/2 mile
The Plant is located on the right-hand side of the street
