Directions The LOTT Clean Water Alliance is located at 500 Adams Street NE, in Olympia, Washington. To reach the primary LOTT Alliance facilities, follow the step-by-step directions, or click on the map for a larger, printable version. Visitors The Regional Services Center, housing LOTT's administrative offices and the WET Science Center, is located at 500 Adams Street NE, in Olympia. The WET Center is open to the public, Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 4 pm.
Passenger vehicles can be parked in the visitor lot to the west of the Regional Services Center, or at the on-street metered parking. Buses can be parked temporarily in the bus pullouts in front of the LOTT Regional Services Center for loading and unloading. Deliveries Only The Budd Inlet Treatment Plant is also located at 500 Adams Street NE, with a delivery gate (Gate 4) off Franklin Street NE. During the construction of the primary sedimentation basins, there is occasional road construction that affects the Gate 4 entrance to the treatment plant, so delivery drivers should come to the front desk in the Regional Services Center, or call (360) 664-2333 for more information.
Budd Inlet RV Dump Site The RV dump site is located on the west side of the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant, off Franklin Street. This service is offered free of charge for recreational vehicles.

Hawks Prairie Reclaimed Water Satellite The Hawks Prairie Ponds/Recharge Basins site is located at 3001 Hogum Bay Road NE in Lacey; walking trails are open to the public from dawn to dusk.
The Martin Way Reclaimed Water Plant is a state-of-the-art facility located on a 3.4-acre site at 6121 Martin Way E in Lacey.
