East Bay Public Plaza
A water-themed public space
The public plaza is generally open 10am to dusk. Hours of operation vary seasonally. This unique urban open space is owned and operated by LOTT.
The plaza features a demonstration wetland, a variety of artwork, interpretive elements, benches, and restrooms. It is also home to Washington state’s first and only interactive wading stream, fed by Class A reclaimed water that is approved for recreational use. The stream is open seasonally.
