Brian Topolski came to LOTT in 1991 as the project engineer for the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant nitrogen- removal upgrade. At LOTT, Brian has had unique opportunities to lead several major expansion projects including the Outfall Upgrade, Southern Connection Interceptor System, Capitol Lake Pump Station, Martin Way Reclaimed Water Plant, and the Hawks Prairie Ponds and Recharge Basins.
