Kelly Von Holtz

Kelly Von Holtz has served on the Tumwater City Council since 2024. Kelly serves on the city’s Public Health & Safety Committee, Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) and the Thurston Regional Law & Justice Council. Kelly has nearly two decades of public sector experience and works in public relations and communications, specializing in strategy and community engagement across sectors such as transportation, public health, social service and higher education. She currently works as a Senior Communications Specialist with PRR and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
