Leatta Dahlhoff has served on the Tumwater City Council since 2018. She was appointed to the LOTT Board of Directors in 2022. Leatta also serves as chair of the city’s Public Health and Safety Committee, serves on the city’s Budget and Finance Committee and General Government Committee, and represents the city on Regional Fire Authority Committee, TCOMM 911, Thurston County Opioid Response Task Force, and Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion. Leatta currently works as an Environmental Technical Analyst at Washington Department of Enterprise Services. She started at DES in 2021, after working as a Toxics Reduction Specialist at Washington Department of Ecology for 19 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Puget Sound.
