Lisa Parshley
Board President
Lisa Parshley was elected to the Olympia City Council in November 2017. She was appointed to the LOTT Board of Directors in June 2018. Lisa also serves on the city’s Finance Committee and Land Use and Environment Committee. She represents the city on Animal Services and the Regional Climate Plan Action Team. Lisa works as a veterinarian specializing in oncology, along with her husband, at their Olympia clinic. Lisa earned her PhD in biochemistry from Oregon Health & Science University, and her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University.
