Executive Director
Matt Kennelly is LOTT’s Executive Director. In this role, he carries out the policies of the Board of Directors and is primarily responsible for the overall management of the utility. This includes administration, financial management, operations, permit compliance, intergovernmental relations, capital and long-range planning efforts, and other activities related to carrying out the mission of the LOTT Clean Water Alliance. Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer, specialized in wastewater, with more than 20 years of experience in both the public and the private sectors.
